Continuing Technical Support for the EU Regulatory Justification of New Build Reactors

IDM, together with the National Nuclear Laboratory (NNL), has provided further advice to the Office for Nuclear Development part of the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) as part of the EU Regulatory Justification process of new nuclear reactors in the UK.
The Advice forms part of the consultation on proposed Regulatory Justification decisions on new nuclear power stations (AP1000 and EPR). The consultation runs until 22nd February 2010 and parallels the consultation on the draft National Policy Statements for Energy Infrastructure launched by the Government on 9th November 2009.
